Nancy Batio, Director of Marketing, WATT Global Media

Nancy Batio is the Director of Marketing for WATT Global Media. She is responsible for directing, creating and implementing Event, Content, Sales Collateral, Corporate Branding, and Audience Development Marketing Strategies with company leaders. Her objective with these targeted marketing programs is to maximize audience growth, event registrations, and product engagement including lead generation for clients and increasing sales revenues in each channel.

Prior to joining WATT in 2014, Nancy worked for over 20 years as Creative Director and managed marketing services for a mail-order B2C gift company in Chicago. She began her career in the hospitality industry as an assistant food & beverage manager for the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Chicago.

Nancy is a native of Mt. Morris, Illinois. She is a graduate of the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado and has served as the Chair for the SIIA AM&P Ag Media Council from 2019 – present. In addition to her passion for marketing, she enjoys road cycling with her husband, traveling, as well as competing in her neighborhood cookoff competitions.

Kristi Dougherty, CEO & Chief Consultant, Reach Consultancy

Kristi has 25+ years of media, events and association experience for consumer and B2B audiences. She held VP and General Manager roles at multiple publishers, including Reed Business, 1105 Media and Niche Media, and was named a FOLIO: 2016 Top Woman in Media. Kristi launched Reach Consultancy in 2019 based on the number of calls she was receiving from publishers for help with their events, sales strategies, and marketing projects. When she isn’t growing revenue and audience share, she is hiking and visiting breweries at home in Colorado.
