During this meeting Renewd Europe Leader Members heard about how defining and measuring recurring revenue streams is critical to building a defensible business, as it ensures long-term financial stability and makes the business more attractive to investors. This members-only roundtable covered the following:
- Introduction to the FT North Star framework – focused on ensuring business goals lead to tangible results and true organisational change.
- Case Study: Detailing how this framework has been applied in FT Specialist where a common language has been introduced around metrics that matter.
- Individual roundtable discussions explored what Renewd members are doing in their organisations when it comes to defining and measuring recurring revenues – where success has been achieved, where they’ve failed, barriers encountered and how these have been/can be overcome.
- The session wrapped up with Q&A with the presenters and groups sharing what they had discussed at their tables.
This in-person roundtable was for Renewd Leader Members only – CEOs, MDs, Founders and Owners of specialised media and event businesses. Our overall theme for 2025 membership is: Creating and strengthening recurring revenues to build a resilient and valuable business.
