Anna Miriam Lorch
Anna Miriam Lorch is a strategic growth and marketing executive who has built scalable businesses and led high-impact functions at the intersection of customer experience, product innovation, and commercial strategy. As SVP of Growth Strategy and Marketing at Endpoints News (a Financial Times company), she leads the company’s revenue and subscriber growth, brand and product strategy, and full-funnel marketing—while also overseeing audience development, client success, customer care, and a substantial and growing events business. She owns the end-to-end experience for both readers and clients.
Her previous leadership roles include The Washington Post, Marriott International, and the National Foundation for Credit Counseling and AARP. At The Washington Post, she led global subscription strategy and growth—launching a new subscription model and shaping the company’s first customer value proposition. At Marriott, she managed global loyalty programs—including The Ritz-Carlton Rewards and Marriott Bonvoy—generating over $900M in annual revenue. She also repositioned legacy brands (Sheraton, Marriott, Westin) across global markets.
Anna has launched global customer platforms, driven international expansion, and led digital transformation efforts across sectors. Anna started her career in CX Strategy at Intel Corporation. Anna holds degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and Vanderbilt University, and has taught graduate-level marketing and innovation at Georgetown University.
